The WebMaster certificate program develops
expertise in the design and content development of
World Wide Websites. WebMasters implement and
maintain hypertext-based Websites using authoring
and scripting languages; create Web content; use
Web management tools and digital media tools; and apply human-factor principles to design.

through eLearning as of September 1, 2004.
Participants choose any 3 three online modules
(courses) from this section in order to earn a
WebMaster Certificate. Each course yields CEUs
and also a paper credential (e.g. an individual course certificate).
